Not quite what you wanted?

• If your item is not quite right or it doesn't fit, we will happily offer a refund once we receive the returned item.

Faulty Items

• We do our best to create perfectly made product, however if your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please call us or email us using the form on our contact page.

• Please report any damage or faults within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

• Please also send us an image of the fault so that we can arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

• Subject to stock availability faulty items will be replaced within 10 working days.

Workshops and Courses

Workshops and Courses are non-refundable but may be transferrable if there is availability.

There is often a minimum number of people required for workshops to go ahead.

In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel it, you will of course be refunded in full but we cannot accept responsibility for any other costs.
